The 2026 Ministry of Public Security assessment exam is held on the largest scale ever with nearly 23,000 candidates registering to take the exam at 39 exam locations with 983 exam rooms across the country, of which the North has 547 exam rooms, the South has 436 exam rooms. This is an important exam, serving as a basis for selecting qualified and capable candidates to study at academies and People's Public Security (CAND) schools. To prepare for this year's assessment exam of the Ministry of Public Security, the University of Fire Prevention and Fighting has completed the preparation of facilities, human resources, plans to ensure security, safety and conditions to serve the organization of the exam according to the set plan. At the same time, the school also promotes propaganda and dissemination of exam regulations to raise awareness and compliance of candidates and exam staff. In order to ensure that the exam is held safely, seriously, fairly and objectively, the Ministry of Public Security has established 07 inspection teams to directly inspect the preparation and organization of the exam at all exam councils and resolutely detect and strictly handle all violations of exam regulations.
