From June 23, 2026 to July 3, 2026, the Ministry of Public Security organizes a contest for good reporters to propagate the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress and the Resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term in the Central Public Security Party Committee with 5 competition groups. The University of Fire Prevention and Fighting participated in the contest at contest cluster No. 5. Contest cluster No. 5 of the Good Reporter Contest to propagate the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress and the Resolution of the Party Congress at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term took place on June 26, 2026 at the People's Police Academy with the participation of 10 units, schools and academies in the People's Police. Attending the contest were representatives of leaders of units in Contest Cluster No. 5; members of the Organizing Committee, Board of Judges, Secretariat, reporters and numerous fans. The University of Fire Fighting and Prevention appointed Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thi Thanh Nhan - Lecturer of the Department of Political Theory and Social Sciences and Humanities as a reporter at the contest. The contest is an extensive political activity to widely propagate to cadres, party members, soldiers, and people the core contents and new points in the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress and the Resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term; cheer and encourage cadres, party members, soldiers, and the people to successfully implement the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress and the Resolution of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term, and soon put the resolution into practice in the work and combat of the People's Public Security force. At the same time, raise awareness and political responsibility of party committees and organizations at all levels about the position and role of oral propaganda and rapporteur activities; creating clear changes in leadership, direction, method innovation, digital transformation, application of information technology, artificial intelligence (AI), improving the quality and effectiveness of oral propaganda in the new situation. This is also an opportunity to create conditions for the team of reporters to interact, learn, exchange experiences, improve qualifications, capacity, and presentation skills; At the same time, select excellent reporters to participate in the 2026 National Good Reporters and Propagandists Contest. At the contest, 10 reporters representing units in Competition Cluster No. 5 competed through 3 competitions including: building a presentation outline, live presentation, and presenting creative ideas. Each contest brings a unique approach to the propaganda of the resolution, demonstrating the elaborate investment, seriousness and responsibility of the contestants. Participating in the contest, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thi Thanh Nhan - a reporter from the University of Fire Prevention and Fighting, impressed with her confident demeanor, bravery, fluent presentation ability and vivid communication style. Contest entries are also carefully prepared, harmoniously combining theory and practice, associated with the specific tasks of the Fire and Rescue Police force in general and the Fire Prevention and Fighting University in particular. At the end of the Contest, the Organizing Committee awarded 2 A prizes, 4 B prizes, 4 C prizes and 5 thematic sub-prizes to the reporters, of which the University of Fire Fighting and Prevention was awarded C prize.
